Management Controls
This seminar course is designed to facilitate evaluation of the efficacy of an existing management control systems, to develop understanding of the role played by effective management accounting and control systems in modern organizations; to design and develop effective management accounting and control systems; and to consider emerging ideas/concepts in the field of management control.
Prerequisite: For students enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Accounting program: BU354, BU466, BU467 and BU491 or equivalent. For students enrolled in the MBA with CPA option program: BU607, BU697U, BU687, BU747, BU767.
Exclusions: BU497K.
